He has also contributed to open-source machine learning software. He has been recognized as a core author of Apache Mahout, a top-level Apache Software Foundation project of scalable machine learning from big data; offered by most commercial Hadoop distributions and cloud computing platforms.
He is a co-founder of Persona.tech. Previously, he served as a consultant for numerous organizations to plan and implement data-driven solutions; and led the solution creation utilizing technologies for effectively storing, managing, analyzing, and learning from data.
He created curricula for and delivered numerous trainings on various machine learning and big data-related areas worldwide, to trainees from different industries, employed mainly by financial and telecommunications companies, e-commerce giants, and intelligence agencies.
