Ibrahim KIVANC is Sr. Software Engineer at Microsoft EMEA, CSE (Commercial Software Engineering) AI & Innovation Department, delivers programs ensuring latest Microsoft AI technologies and platforms are accessible and implemented. Prior to this role he was responsible for Middle East and Africa HQ over 4 years. After that worked in Microsoft Turkey for 2 years and now he’s covering Microsoft Europe, Middle East and Africa region. He is responsible with the latest AI development technologies at Microsoft.
Ibrahim received his bachelor’ degree in Computer Engineering and holds a master’s degree in Management and Information System with his thesis on “Cross Platform Development Strategies for Enterprise Companies” . He’s also winner of Imagine Cup in Turkey, represented Turkey in World Wide Finals in Poland 2010.
His major skills are based on AI/Machine Learning, Conversational UI, Chat Bots, Cognitive Services.
Previously worked on Cross Platform Development tools for Android, iOS and Windows, Xbox One Development, IoT, Office Apps and Mixed Reality.
