Mr. Orkun Oguz has been an Executive Vice President of Direct Banking at Akbank T.A.S. since January 2013. Mr. Oguz began his professional career as a Marketing Analyst at FedEx in the United States. He served as Managing Partner at Peppers & Rogers Group for many years and Chief Executive Officer first of the EMEA region and finally of the US office; there, he provided consultancy on banking and financial services. Mr. Oguz is a graduate of Boaziçi University, Department of Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA degree in management from the University of Georgia (USA).
