Pelin is an analytics expert with 10+ years of business development and consultancy experience.

She has been working on big data and analytics domain with different types of business problems at different industries. She has intensive value selling experience on analytics and various hands on project implementations (including predictive modeling, segmentation, social network analysis,time series analysis,etc).

Pelin has received her Statistics PhD from Middle East Technical University in 2010. During her Phd, she studied Bayesian Analysis of Variance Models with Prof. Moti Lal Tiku from McMaster University, Canada. Moreover, she has double master degrees in Economics and Statistics from the same university. Both her Statistics and Economics master thesis were about econometric modeling.

Pelin is passionate about following new trends around analytics, learning new developments and sharing them with analytics communities. Therefore, teaching at universities as part time instructor, writing about analytics, talking at conferences and being part of different academic studies hold very important place in her career.
