Mr. Yılmaz graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1998 and attended master’s degree studies at Galatasaray University in the same year.
From January 2001 to December 2003, he served as a consultant to the Executive President of Yıldız Holding. He has been working for Turkish Airlines since 2004. For 15 years, he has worked in various positions in ‘‘Project Management’’ and ‘‘Research and Development’’ fields. Since January 2016, he has been serving as the ‘‘Senior Vice President of Corporate Innovation and Projects’’ at Turkish Airlines.
Adem Yılmaz is a senior manager with experience on innovation, innovation management, corporate innovation system creation, change management, project management, strategic planning, R&D and aviation. He shares his experience and knowledge with the ecosystem through the entrepreneurship and innovation competitions he attend.
