Koray Kocabaş started to his career at Fujitsu Siemens Computers company as MIS Engineer after he graduated from Department of Statistic at Yıldız Technical University. After he gained his MBA from Bahçeşehir University with first place, he developed Business Intelligence solutions at companies as Fujitsu Technology, Mavi, Project House HAVAS and Yemeksepeti chronologically. Besides he takes place in the Department of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence at the company Hürriyet as a Group Manager, he gives Business Intelligence and Big Data courses of undergraduate program at Bahçeşehir & MEF University since 2013. He is considered worthy of the reward MVP (Most Valuable Professional) for Data Platforms by Microsoft worldwide last five years. Kocabaş worked as Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Group Manager at Hürriyet from December 2016 to January 2019. Now he is a director of big data analytics at Demirören Technology and he is responsible of Hurriyet, Milliyet, CNN Turk and the other various companies big data analytics solutions.
