Poyraz Ozkan is the co-founder of Alterna CX, an AI-based solution that simplifies customer experience measurement and management for enterprises. Prior to Alterna CX, he was a principal at Peppers & Rogers Group, the management consulting firm known as the authority on customer-centricity serving blue-chip clients in telecom, banking, and transportation industries in United States, South Africa, and the Middle East. He holds an MBA degree in Finance with Honors from Pace University, New York, USA and a BA in Business Administration from Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey.
