Bara obtained his PhD in computational neuroscience from Yale University where he researched the early visual system in Professor Damon Clark’s group. Previously, he worked for Ed Boyden’s Synthetic Neurobiology lab at MIT. Since graduating, Bara has been working on adapting AI tools for drug development. At Intelligencia, Bara has focused on developing advanced models to better predict the effectiveness of certain therapeutic assets as well as tying these predictions to the performance of the companies sponsoring them.
