In between 1995 and 2011, she has served 3M in various managerial positions. Between 1995-2000 while working in Sales and Marketing Department, she became Marketing Manager of Europe and Middle East durin 2000 – 2003. In 2004, she has appointed to the Board of Directors of 3M and until 2006, she has undertaking the task of 6 Sigma Black Belt.
Between 2006 -2009, she served as Director of Corporate Relations and IT, in 2009-2011 she was the Director of Sales and Marketing. Since 2012, she has been working as Vodafone Enterprise Marketing Director. She graduated from Ankara University Business Administration and finished her MBA in International Business Administration at European University in France.
