Emre Çelik is the Customer Experience Manager at Enerjisa. His team is designing and delivering outstanding customer experience through hundreds of traditional and digital touchpoints, where more than 1.5 million customer transactions occur every day. He is a marketing and project management professional with experience across Fortune 500 multinational companies in a variety of global projects within Turkey, Europe, the USA, and Japan. Before Enerjisa, he started his career at Ford Motor Company as an R&D engineer and moved into marketing and project management roles at Mitsubishi Motors and Shell Oil Company. After joining Enerjisa in 2014, he has established the Customer Experience team for retail operations and since has expanded the team. The customer experience team is vital in retail and distribution teams to make customers happier. The team has developed many projects including best in class NPS and CSAT programs in Turkey. He holds an MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
