Esin Güral was born in 1969 in Kütahya. She earned his Bachelor’s degree in business administration at Anadolu University, and her master’s degree at Managerial Economic Institution at Istanbul University.
She is the founder of Güven Encaustic Tile and Ceramic Company, in 1992, as a result of common studies with Italian Colleagues, traditional production was turned into a technological process which allows having much more efficient and serial production.
She works as a deputy chairman for Gürallar ArtCraft, Gürallar Construction, Ali Bey Hotels&Resorts, and Gürallar Machinery and Gürallar Tiles. She also is member of TUSİAD, TİKAD, TKYD and GIF.
She is married, has two children and knows English.
