Esin Unal Yılmaz is a director and also a credit risk SME in Mastercard Advisors. She has 17+ years of experience providing data driven portfolio growth strategies and credit risk management consultancy. Prior to Mastercard Advisors she was a senior global consultant in Experian covering both Turkey and Middle East where she led big transformation projects through the entire credit lifecycle (Originations, Collections Strategy, Limit Management) to improve lending strategies of organizations. She also led multiple data monetization initiatives. Esin also worked for Peppers & Rogers Group for 5 years where she managed analytics projects in different regions.
She holds an MSc degree in Financial Engineering from Bogazici University and a BA in Business Administration from Bilkent University.
