İdris Bozkurt graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration (English) of Istanbul University in 2000 and received his master’s degree from Graduate School of Business Administration of Yıldız Technical University in 2003.

He started his career as a Management Trainee in Pamukbank Retail Banking Group in 2000. In this position, he was responsible for feasibility analysis of credit card projects and also loyalty scheme. After completing his master’s program, he joined Gima as a Marketing Analysis Specialist in 2004. Then he started to work as a Marketing Research and Project Executive for Teknosa in 2005. In this position, he was responsible for conducting marketing research activities and handling relations with research companies.

In 2007, he joined Turkcell as a Senior Specialist in Marketing Analysis Team. He was responsible for analysis of marketing campaigns, tariffs & packages, acquisition & churn activities based on the Turkcell data warehouse. He was promoted to Marketing Analysis Manager position in 2010 and has managed the team for 7 years with several responsibilities including AOP (Annual Operating Plan). Finally, in 2017, he started to manage Data Science and Business Analytics Unit in Turkcell Technology and currently he is working as an Associate Director. His responsibilities are developing data science projects, management of Turkcell Data Science Platform (Playground) and post analysis of marketing campaigns.
