Melih Özgül is the Head of Customer Experience and Operational Excellence at Metro C&C TR. He is a Customer Experience Management professional with a fifteen-year record of driving excellence and cost savings across the entire value stream. Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, that has expert knowledge of business change management, customer experience, lean six sigma program roll-out coupled with sound leadership all of which were gained and successfully applied in cross-functional transactional service environments. He holds an MBA degree in Management&Organization from 9 Eylül University and a BA in Industrial Engineering from Uludağ University.
