Serdar Karadayı is managing director at SESTEK, the leader speech technology company in Turkey. For more than 10 years of experience in speech technology industry, he has been directing large scale projects from various industries such as banking, insurance, telecommunication and customer services. He has also been leading sales and marketing teams of his company with his specialist knowledge of sales and marketing in information technologies. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Istanbul University and a master in Marketing & Product Management from Marmara University.
